Cancellation Policy

IN-PERSON EVENTS $100 deposit to begin the booking process. Full payment is due in order to confirm your star. If you cancel/postpone your event at least 14 days out, you will get a full refund. If you cancel/postpone 2-14 days before your event, you will receive a 50% refund minus the service fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of your event you will not be refunded. No exceptions can be made. In the event the star you booked becomes ill or unavailable, Broadway Booker will do their best to book a comparable star in their place. VIRTUAL LESSONS You may reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours prior to your original lesson time for no charge. Please email us as soon as possible to reschedule. Your artist may also reschedule your lesson. If this happens, you will receive an email notification that your lesson has been moved to the next available slot. You may then reply to the email to choose your preferred date/ time if you new time does not work. If you are a no-show for your lesson, you will not be rescheduled or refunded. Please note: no refunds will be given for any reason, no exceptions. You may not record any portion of your session without the prior consent of Broadway Booker. Posting any video taken of your session on the internet or social media is strictly prohibited.
